ENGR 408 - Leadership Principles

Leadership Principles had a very broad spectrum of definition upon entering the class, but as an engineer I wanted to expand my understanding of the context of engineering both globally, and within a company.  Between readings geared towards ethical leadership, global understanding, and global trends, our class had leaders from Procter & Gamble, Rockwell Automation, New Level Advisors, as well as Naval Surface Warfare Center to give context to our readings and discussion from new perspectives.

Projects within the course built off of these readings and in-class discussions to quickly define personality traits that will help my leadership skills in the future, as well as flag traits I need to develop in the future.
